This service will be provided to clients on the following settings; Supported Independent Living (SIL), Respite Services and individualized Living Options (ILO).  

Rapha Health Support Services will provide Support Staff to help each client achieve optimum care as per person-centered care plan.

Our health care support workers will treat each person with respect and dignity in while paying attention to the cultural needs and wishes. Service will be provided 24/7 or as needed.

The following services are offered;

• Support with medication administrations
• Supporting with meal preparations and planning
• Support with feeding
• Toileting, bowel and bladder monitoring
• Assistance with using personal aids/ devices
• Assistance with mobility aids and transferring
• Housekeeping and laundry services
